Google Workspace
Google Workspace set up properly: Gmail on your domain, email migration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, shared drives, users and security — and fixes when it misbehaves.
DNS & Domain Support
When your website disappears or email stops arriving after a change, the cause is usually DNS. We find what’s wrong with your domain’s settings, fix it carefully, and make sure your website and email point exactly where they should.
Common problems
No technical knowledge needed. Describe what you’re seeing and we’ll work out the rest.
Someone updated a record, or a new provider changed your nameservers, and now the site won’t load or shows the wrong page.
MX records point to the wrong place, there are old and new records competing, or a migration was never finished.
Mail is split between two providers, or still going to an old host you stopped paying for.
Moving to Cloudflare without breaking email, SSL or verification records, or untangling a setup someone else started.
Not sure whether your DNS lives at your registrar, your host or Cloudflare? Edits in the wrong place silently do nothing.
Connecting your domain to a new site or platform, including both the www and non-www versions.
“Not secure” warnings, certificate errors, or redirect loops after adding HTTPS or Cloudflare.
The TXT or CNAME record Google needs isn’t being found, so setup is stuck.
Email authentication records that are missing, duplicated or failing, sending your mail to spam.
DNS in plain English
Your domain’s DNS records decide where your website loads from and where your email goes. Change one in the wrong place and either can stop working.
We check every record, explain what each one does, and make changes so both keep working, including when you switch web hosts, website builders or email providers.

Website builders and email providers each need specific DNS records. Problems usually happen when two services both want control of your domain. For example, a new website builder asks you to change nameservers, and your email quietly stops working.
We set things up so your website, email and verification records all work together.
Our approach
DNS changes affect your website and your email at the same time. We treat them that way, including during WordPress hosting migrations and email moves.
We record your current records first. If anything goes wrong, we can put it back exactly as it was.
Changes are timed and TTLs lowered beforehand so switches take effect quickly and predictably.
You get a record of where your domain is registered, where DNS is hosted and what each record does.

FAQ
DNS is like the address book for your domain. It tells the internet where your website is hosted and which service receives your email. If an entry is wrong or missing, your website or email stops working even though nothing is wrong with the website or mailbox itself.
Often minutes, but it can take up to 48 hours for every network to see a change, depending on the record’s TTL (time to live). We lower TTLs before planned changes so switches happen quickly.
Yes. Each platform has its own required records. We set them up without breaking your existing email, which is a common side-effect when platforms ask you to change nameservers.
Often, yes. We can identify the registrar and help you recover access or transfer the domain into your business’s own account. For .ca domains, CIRA’s registrant rules apply, so we’ll guide you through what’s needed.
Cloudflare offers fast DNS, free SSL and protection against some attacks, and suits many small businesses. It needs careful setup so email and verification records aren’t proxied or lost. We’ll tell you whether it makes sense for your site.
